DNA Resonance is an interactive visualization of a molecular double helix. Two opposite trigonometric sine waves are rendered as dot chains, connected by structural splines that dynamically expand and contract based on ambient music or pointer proximity.

Phase Shift Mathematics

The positions of the dots are calculated in a continuous animation frame:

$$y_1 = A \cdot \sin(\omega t + \phi)$$ $$y_2 = A \cdot \sin(\omega t + \phi + \pi)$$

By introducing a rotating depth index ($z = A \cdot \cos(\omega t + \phi)$), we scale the radius of each particle to simulate authentic 3D depth perspective. When hovered, the structural bonds are excited, creating micro-vibrations and elegant, glowing ripple animations.
