3 partsThe company is rebranding and with that, the question on every employee's lips becomes: 1. What does that mean for the team? 2. Will there be layoffs? 3. If so, am I at risk of being laid off, or do I provide enough value to make my role secure? In this series, I won’t be answering these questions, as that isn’t the focus or my interest. However, I believe that by the final stroke of the mouse, these questions, and many more would have been answered quite clearly.
